If the wire harness burns to the wiring position of electrical equipment, it indicates that the electrical equipment has failed.
1. Battery line burnt out
① If only a portion of the battery cable is burned, inspect the product in contact with the cable, remove burrs, and replace the battery cable.
② If all battery cables are burned out, it indicates that the starter has failed. The electromagnetic switch is in the starter. The test lamp is connected to the center of the battery. If the test lamp is on, it indicates that the electromagnetic switching on is faulty; If the test lamp does not illuminate, it indicates an internal fault in the starter.
"The wire harness from the generator pole to the starter battery terminal is burned out, and the generator is stopped. Remove the wire from the generator pole. The battery power cord is connected in the middle of the pole, and the other end is in contact with the generator connection pole. If there is a flame, it indicates that the generator has a fault. If there is no flame, it indicates that the wire harness is abnormal.".
3. Burn out the harness and solenoid valve
① Turn off the power switch, remove the solenoid valve suspension, and connect the test lamp between the solenoid valve housing and the vehicle body. If the light is on, it indicates that the solenoid valve is faulty; If the light does not come on, perform the following procedure.
② Turn on the power switch. If the test light does not illuminate, it indicates that the solenoid valve has no fault. Only remove and replace the harness. If the test light indicates a relay fault, remove and replace the solenoid valve.
